A great friendly team and the best location. The laundry is cheap: 3 dollars and another 3 dollars for drying. There is a balcony and kitchen, and they also have 3 computers for internet, but it's 3$ per hours (It's the same price everywhere... ) so it's cool! Enjoy your stay

was the first hot shower i get in auckland after staying there for two weeks :-) it was so great staying there and the staff is soooooo friendly and helpful... definitly a visit worth...good luck for the future

The staff of this hostel is excellent! I booked for six days from Hostel World, though I cancelled four of the days when I arrived.
The next day, because of some trouble, it turned out I had to stay for three more days. I asked the staff if I could stay for three more days, and if the booking fee I paid to Hostel World was effective or not.
She was kind enough to try to find the paper about my booking and let me stay for three more days at the price that I booked. Thank you very much!

Really cool place to stay. The owners are really making this place a great place to stay. The staff are great, there is an excellent kitchen facility and the location (just off the main street) is great. There is a lot of space in the rooms and a nice Tv room. Would recommend
